Position: Epoxy Flooring Foreman

Location: Olathe, KS

Pay: $52,000-$72,000/year based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

We are seeking an experienced Epoxy Flooring Foreman to join our fast-growing company in Olathe, KS. This leadership role requires someone with a proven background in industrial epoxy installation and the ability to manage their own crew. Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee a crew in the preparation and installation of industrial epoxy flooring systems

Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Train, mentor, and supervise crew members to maintain excellent workmanship and efficiency

Manage job site operations, including equipment, materials, and safety compliance

Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns

Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise to keep projects on track

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of industrial epoxy flooring installation experience required

Prior leadership or foreman experience managing a crew is a must

Strong understanding of epoxy flooring preparation, application, and finishing techniques

Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Customer-focused with a professional attitude and problem-solving mindset

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
