We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team. As a Warehouse Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for various duties including material handling, loading/unloading, and delivery. A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License is required to operate the company vehicles to make deliveries as well as occasionally pick up supplies from regional vendors.
Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database. Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse and to/from customer work sites.
Responsible for tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, and put away. Managing returned materials according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
Responsible for minor facility and equipment maintenance tasks. Assists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership.
This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. It requires heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs unassisted) and you must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk and be physical for multiple hours of the day. In addition, you will be operating equipment such as pallet jacks, and forklifts.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management (Floorzap experience a plus)
• Must have the ability to drive a forklift, climb ladders to access truck beds, and lift heavy boxes and materials as well as bend over, and reach overhead to retrieve or place boxes in designated areas
• Able to be on feet and moving for 8 hours and to lift at least 15-50 lbs throughout entire 8 hour shift
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if necessary, on assignments
• High School Diploma or GED equivalency
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License (must), experience pulling a 14’ trailer (preferred)
• Driving record acceptable to Management and Insurance carrier
• Reliable transportation to the Millvale, PA warehouse.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center, purchasing and/or inventory environment preferred.
