Description
A custom sheet metal shop in Newport News is looking for a Mig/Tig Fabrication welder!
What you would be doing:
Welding components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions using Mig and Tig processes
Clamping, holding, tack welding, heat bending, grinding, and bolting components to obtain required positions to weld
Weld on light gauge material in a production environment
Qualifications
Fabrication welding experience is required
Preferred:
3+ years of experience
Light gauge experience (stainless, aluminum, and alloys)
Read blueprints and welding symbols/drawings
