Job description:
Coordinate the flow of information within the team
Answer electronic enquiries
Advise senior management
Conduct research
Perform data entry
Provide customer service
Maintain and manage digital database
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Maintain and order supplies
Consult with clients after sale or signed contracts
Prepare sales report for management
Manage billing and invoices
Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
Assist with presentations
Process sales orders and maintain inventory
Address complaints and client queries
Prepare price lists and marketing materials
Prepare daily sales order reports
Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary education is required.
Experience: At least 2 years of clerical or administrative experience is required.
Atlassian technical certificate is a strong asset.
Previous knowledge of Atlassian system is required due to the nature of our business.
Previous knowledge of sales is a strong asset
Computer and Technology Knowledge: Jira, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Accounting software, MS Access, MS Office, Electronic mail, Salesforce, iOS, Programming software, Shopify.
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently, Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Repetitive tasks, Large workload, Sitting.

Salary: $34.07 hourly, 40 - 44 hours per week.
