Painter (Apprentice / JourneyPerson)

Role Overview. Our Apprenticeship Program is designed to take you from a Level 1 Apprentice to a fully qualified JourneyPerson in 2-5 years (average 3 years). Through a combination of classroom learning and on-the-job training, you will gain practical experience and expertise in drywall finishing, paint, wallcovering, and other architectural finishes. 

A skilled laborer at Naylor Commercial covers the division 09 trade of architectural finishes - focusing mainly on coatings on various projects.

High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred. 

No prior experience required for apprenticeship program. Proven experience and competencies required for journey person.
