Job duties:

Operate cleaning machines

Clean and disinfect cages, pens, aquariums, kennels, runs, stall and enclosures

Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens

Clean all parts using special cleaning and rinsing solutions and ultrasonic or mechanical cleaning machines

Use a pressure washing system to clean barns and trucks

Requirements:

-Education: No formal education is required

-Experience: Previous experience is an asset. On-the-job training will be provided.

-Must take direction and abide by safety rules

-Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Physically demanding, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Fast-paced environment, Overtime required.

-Personal Suitability: Client focus, Dependability, Flexibility, Reliability, Team player

-Work Site Environment: Hot, Dusty, Noisy, Odours, Wet/damp

-Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

-Language: Basic level of English is required

Wage: $18.00 per hour. 30 - 60 hours per week.

Benefits: Dental plan, Disability benefits, Health care plan, Paramedical services coverage. Transportation among work locations is provided by the employer. Transportation costs covered by the employer if workers need to relocate.

Important information: The regular schedule will be from Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 2:30 PM. However, we required flexibility on schedule as some days may start earlier and others finish later based on the business needs. Weekend work, as well as, Overtime, will be required based on the business needs. Sundays off. 2 paid healthy breaks of 15 minutes each, and 30 minutes of unpaid lunch break. Flexibility in schedule is required. We guarantee at least 30 hours of work per week regardless of the weather.
