Lead Plumber

Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures. You will work closely with our clients to assess their needs and provide effective solutions. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with excellent technical skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
• Collaborate with clients to assess their plumbing needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Read blueprints and follow building codes and regulations to ensure accurate installations
• Perform inspections and diagnostic tests to identify plumbing issues and determine the best course of action
• Repair or replace defective components, such as pipes, valves, faucets, and water heaters
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects within specified timelines
• Keep accurate records of all work performed, including materials used and services provided
• Comply with safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns or inquiries in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or licensure as a Plumber (Preferred)
• Proven experience as a Plumber, with a minimum of 5 years in the field
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, components, and tools
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
