• Read and comprehend repair manuals.
• Comply with company safety requirements at all times.
• Assist other departments to complete work orders.
• Conduct all assignments as delegated by the supervisor or designee with assigned timeframe.

• Proficient at troubleshooting and using PLCs
• Proficient at troubleshooting hydraulics
• Proficient at troubleshooting electrical and controls
• Capable of welding and fabrication
• Understanding of ovens and troubleshooting
• Proficient at training in all aspects
• Proficient at troubleshooting pneumatics
• Can troubleshoot CNC and manual equipment
• Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Capable of coordinating staff on projects
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Machinist comprehension of machine shop equipment
• Ability to efficiently troubleshoot all machinery
• Ability to train and support lower tier mechanics
• Enrolled in CAC Leadership Training
• Bilingual a plus.
