Business Information: Keystone Construction and Maintenance Inc. offers landscaping and construction services, property maintenance as to grass cutting during spring and fall, cleanups, garden bed designs or maintenance and backyard design. In the winter we offer snow removal services as well. We have been established since 2015, and we work in the residential and commercial sector.

Job Description:

• Determine layout and installation procedures
• Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
• Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
• Utilize hand and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
• Install, repair and service exterior prefabricated products such as siding, shutters, awnings, fencing, decks, septic and irrigation systems, signs and play structures using hand and power tools
• Install panels and pour concrete to create walls
• Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
• Visit clients for pool repair or maintenance as scheduled

Requirements:

• Education: Some secondary school is required
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of related installation experience is required.
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Handling heavy loads, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Overtime required
• Personal suitability: Accurate, Team player, Organized, Flexibility
• Work site environment: Noisy, Dusty, Outdoors, Hot, Cold
• Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Language: English is required.

Salary: $26.06 hourly, 30 - 60 hours per week.

Benefits: Disability insurance, medical and dental benefits, and group insurance benefits are provided. Transportation from one work location to another is provided. Uniforms and safety boots provided at no cost.

Important Information: Flexibility in schedule is required. The employee will work Monday to Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Overtime is required. Work on Sunday may be required based on the business’ needs. If the worker works 7 days a week, then in the next week the worker will only work 5 days a week. A minimum of 30 hours of work per week is guaranteed during the winter months.
