Job Description

• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system, water supply network and waste and drainage systems.
  
• Install, repair and maintain domestic, commercial or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems
  
• Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes and fixtures in walls and floors
  
• Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
  
• Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing and welding equipment
  
• Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
  
• Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
  
• Measure, cut, thread and bend pipes to required shape and size
  
• Driving to clients’ locations to perform work, we’re a service-based company

Requirements

• Education: Completion of high school
  
• Experience: A minimum of three years of experience on plumbing is required. If the candidate does not have at least 3 years of experience a post-secondary certificate is required
  
• A combination of service, commercial and residential experience in plumbing is a great asset.
  
• Driver’s license is required
  

Salary: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour, 40 Hours per week

Other: This position will require working 40 hours, 8 hours per day, this may change depending on the projects, and occasional overtime might be required. Work day starts at 9 AM and finishes at 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
