Production Leather Tech

Teton Leather is one of the fastest growing leather shops in the nation, specializing in production runs as well as custom one offs. 

Depending on skill level there are 2 different positions we are hiring for. 

Custom Leather Tech- Responsible for building and finishing custom leather products, will include a 3 month probation period for training. Must be willing to learn our way, flexible to change habits, and quick to pick up new skills. Please provide a resume with examples of prior leather work. In order to be considered for this position at least 2 years of leather work is required.

Leather Production Tech- Working with our jam up team of leather techs to produce runs of 5-5000 sheaths, belts, and other leather goods for some of the biggest outdoor companies in the nation. 

Must be trainable, willing to work in a team setting, detail oriented and on time daily willing to take the day/ room for growth and opportunity to move into customs for the right person. 

Customs- 2 years of leatherwork

Leather Production Tech- Willing to train from the ground up for the right person

Teton Leather is home to the Dam It Sling, and several other notable products. Started by artist Francesca Ritchie in 2017 we are a small but growing leather shop located in Idaho Falls ID. 

We produce exceptional leather and are constantly looking for passionate leatherworkers to join us as we take over the world.
