**Facilities Leader

Must reside in CA.  This role will cover both Southern CA and Las Vegas locations.  

Duties:

• Demonstrate operational excellence through the training, coaching, discipline, and encouragement of all technicians, site Team management, and all site Teammates.
• Responsible for the overall maintenance, repairs, upkeep, landscape, function, and quality of performance at each site within their market.
• Work with local contractors to execute their duties within state regulations and guidelines.
• Work with Director of Facilities in developing and conforming to budget
• Work with Director of Facilities in training of Apprentice, Tradesmen and Heavy Carwash Maintenance Technicians
• Build, create, and control scheduling of service calls, project work and preventative maintenance schedules
• Build, create, and control Inventory programs in his/her specific market and field vehicles
• Daily performance in service calls, emergency calls, and preventative maintenance schedules
• Adhere to maintenance calendar and scheduled preventative maintenance visits
• Responsible for maintaining tools and parts inventory on vehicles and at each site within corresponding market
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair any equipment issues
• Work in a safe manner and adhere to all GO Car Wash and federal procedures and regulations for safe operations
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned that pertain to overall site maintenance, repair, and improvement.
• Proactively communicate/escalate any challenges and/or barriers to meeting timelines and goals.
• Manage all projects through Smartsheets
• Proactively search for ways of reducing business operational expense within the field through increased efficiency and/or consolidation of services.
• Work with Market Facilities Leader to ensure field service expenses are as cost effective as possible.
• Work with leadership as well as individual sites to ensure goals are met.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Acts as an ambassador for GO Car Wash. Lives and breathes the GO Car Wash core values every day.
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly
• The ability to respond quickly to sounds
• The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
• The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations
• The ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds
• The ability to work in extreme weather
• The ability to wear personal protective equipment correctly throughout the day
• Willingness and flexibility to travel throughout United States < 15% of time.

Many of us in leadership at GO grew up watching American’s rise and worldwide dominance in racing. We watched as Caroll Shelby became a racing legend as the first American to win the 24 Hours of Le Mans. (Our VP of Field Operations even grew up spending time on the famed Sebring Raceway in Sebring, FL and would sneak into the race with his mother.)
