Bonita Bay Club is looking to hire an Outside Custodial Services candidate. Are you ready to work with an Engineering team at an award-winning country club?
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUTSIDE CUSTODIAL SERVICES
As Outside Custodial Services you will ensure the cleanliness of the exterior public areas of the Clubhouse, Pro Shop, Sports Center and Lifestyle Center. You will be pressure washing sidewalks and cleaning windows. You will collect and dispose of trash and waste. You will make use of custodial and general maintenance equipment, i.e. buffers, pressure cleaners and blowers. Assist in securing buildings and facilities after daily use. You are excited to be a part of our Engineering team!
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUTSIDE CUSTODIAL SERVICES
- Previous outdoor custodial experience
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time in hot and humid climate
- Ability to lift, load, and unload heavy objects or equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work 40 hours a week and split weekends
- Knowledge of general maintenance equipment
- Must have a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Valid driver's license
