Job Description Summary
The Maintenance Worker III plays a key role in keeping city-owned facilities in top shape! You’ll travel to different locations including Fire/EMS Stations, using your skills in maintenance, painting, plumbing, carpentry, hardscaping, HVAC, office space configuration, and custodial work to tackle both indoor and outdoor tasks. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and making a visible impact on your community, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must possess required knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Texas Class "C" Operator's License.
Physical Requirements:
Moderate. Tasks involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying, or using a force equal to lifting up to fifty (50) pounds
