The Project Engineer serves as Grubb Properties on site owners' representative. This position coordinates successful project turn over and monitor all phases of the construction project between contractors, Grubb subcontractors and vendors, and Grubb design and end user teams.

We work to find the ideal parking ratio using shared parking, and to design communities that encourage alternative transportation options.
