Award-winning residential remodeling company, Lane Homes & Remodeling, is looking for a skilled, multi-talented individual for this hands-on Carpenter position.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Framing and trim carpentry
  
• Drywall, painting, and finish trim work
  
• Laying out floorings and roofing’s ensuring they are leveled
  
• Cabinetry installation
  
• Cornice experience is a plus
  
• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements
  
• Take measurements and calculate the size and number of materials needed
  

• Knowledge of all phases of high-end residential remodeling.
  
• Verifiable work history and professional appearance.
  
• Proven experience as a carpenter
  
• Hands-on experience with carpentry materials and tools
  
• Ability to use electrical and manual equipment
  
• Ability to read drawings
