Facilities Maintenance (FM) Administration is looking for an experienced candidate to join our team as Preventative Maintenance Coordinator. This position works directly with the Facilities Manager and Area Managers to develop and coordinate the implementation and administration of a schedule of planned, preventive, and predictive maintenance for equipment, machinery, tools or buildings. Reviews manufacturer's service manuals, and records of maintenance problems to determine optimum frequency of preventive maintenance (PM). Studies production and operation schedules and confers with other staff and other maintenance supervisors to determine when planned maintenance will least interfere with the operation of the establishment. Estimates costs, or time and materials of tasks assigned on work orders.

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Possession of a valid New Mexico driver's license is a requirement for this job.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer, pre-employment physical examination and medical history check.
