Lead Carpenter

• Perform a variety of skilled carpentry labor at residential sites and oversee tasks and work of other carpenters and helpers as part of constructing, repairing, remodeling, and renovating.
• Delegate and teach skills to less-experienced coworkers.
• Ensure quality workmanship, effectiveness, and efficiency on all work. Ensure best-practice safety measures are followed.
• Engage with customers to meet/exceed their expectations.
• Use software system to track all projects from start to finish, set schedules, and communicate follow up.

• Minimum 5 years' carpentry/renovation experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have clean driving record and valid drivers license.
• Able to pass a drug and background check.
• Ability to draw and take accurate measurements and calculations.
