Restoration Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a restoration construction project manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restoration industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of construction project management principles.

As a restoration construction project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing restoration projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with team members and subcontractors. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Preferably 5 years or more of experience in the restoration industry
• Strong understanding of construction project management principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
