What’s In It for You
• $5,000 signing bonus!
• Annual average income: $81,900-$88,920; Hourly average $35-$38 (with the potential to earn $115,000+/year with bonuses)
• Commission pay with base/hourly pay OR straight commission if preferred (*can earn more this way and paid out monthly).
• Work/life balance – M-F 9-6. (OT as necessary to finish jobs)
• Consistent leads provided (1-2 appointments per day/average set for you).

• On call on rotation usually once a quarter.
• Strong and efficient onboarding and processes.

Responsibilities
• Be prompt and efficient.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Provide solutions to customers’ electrical issues and build confidence that their home will be safe.
• Deliver top-notch quality customer service.
• Perform quality control testing.
• Draw up estimates in Service Titan and deliver digitally to homeowner.
• Keep company vehicle well maintained.
• Assist customers in evaluating repairs versus replacement options and perform work as needed:
o Light Fixtures
o Switches /Receptacles
o Circuit wiring
o Breakers
o Breaker / fuse panels
o Electrical service metering equipment
o Perform routine maintenance inspections
o EV chargers
o Access areas of the home being serviced, such as, but not limited to crawl spaces and attic areas
• Prepare and gather materials needed for upcoming jobs.

Skills and/or Requirements
• Journeyman’s License – required.
• Minimum 5 years of prior professional-level electrical experience, a must!
• High school degree or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience doing estimates in a CRM. (Service Titan a plus!)
• Own your own hand tools.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
