Train workers in duties and policies
Prepare and submit reports
Ensure smooth operation of equipment
Resolve work related problems
Arrange for maintenance and repair work
Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Education: Completion of high school is required. College diploma or apprenticeship training of one or more years related to administration is a strong asset.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Sitting, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
Ability to supervise: 3 – 4 people.
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word
Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral and written communication, Flexibility, Initiative, Organized, Reliability, Team player
Language: English is required
Salary: $27.76 hourly, 42.5 – 44 hours per week.

Important Information: The regular work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, including one unpaid 30-minute lunch break and two paid 15-minute coffee breaks. Flexibility on schedule is required as some days may start earlier and others finish later. Work on weekends may be required depending on the business needs.
