Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a restoration estimator. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, strong communication and customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of construction estimating principles.
As a restoration estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for restoration projects, including assessments of damages, repair costs, and materials and labor estimates. You will work closely with project managers and customers to ensure that estimates are accurate and meet their needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 3 years or more of experience in the restoration industry
- Strong understanding of construction estimating principles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office
