Electrical Journeyman $30-45/hr some OT depending on workload

Responsibilities:
Provide quality Commercial and Industrial HVAC/R service and maintenance to clients.
Customer service connecting with commercial clients to take care of their heating & cooling needs.
Ability to lead and collaborate on a team with building owners, contractors, engineers, and others to resolve issues. Coordinate with the technical team and share information across the organization & multiple projects building positive relationships with clients and coworkers
High level ability to PM, and troubleshoot valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, condensers, coils, piping, and other functional components of the systems.
Proficiency with splits, packaged units, and source heat pumps
More seasoned Techs RTU’s up to 50 Tons, water cooled Chillers up to 100 tons
Constant Volume, Controls, VAV, VFD & VRF
Requirements
A valid Massachusetts Journeyman electrician's license is required.
Ability to work as mentor and manage an apprentice.
Knowledgeable regarding mechanical/HVAC equipment.. lighting and lighting control systems.
Experience installing temperature sensors, damper actuators, wiring relays, motor starters, terminating controllers is desired. Conduit bending skills required, knowledge of electrical code as pertains to conduit installation.
Must have experience in project layout including, cable and conduit runs, size conduits, order material, manage a crew and interface with subcontractors.
All applicants must be in good physical condition and be able to lift 75lbs, climb ladders and stairs.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check going back 7 years.
All applicants must have a driver's license and transportation. Company vehicle may be provided.
Performing basic troubleshooting in electrical control, distribution and motor protection
Installing switchgear, control devices, transformers, electrical feeders, motors and process instrumentation.
Using test equipment to diagnose high, medium and low voltage electrical circuits
Installing programmable logic controllers (PLC), distributed control systems (DCS), human machine interface (HMI) devices.
Requirements:
3-5 years as Journeyman Electrician Tech with Refrigeration experience
Mass. Journeyman Electrical License
Ability to troubleshoot, test & service and repair HVAC / MEP Electrical equipment
Move and lift up to 75 lbs
Good Driving record
