Lead HVAC Technician

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team of skilled professionals. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards. You will work both independently and collaboratively to provide outstanding service to our clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration units
• Perform inspections and diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine the best course of action
• Repair or replace defective components, such as compressors, motors, and fans
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timelines
• Keep accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and services provided
• Comply with safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns or inquiries in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or licensure as an HVAC Technician (Preferred)
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a minimum of 5 years in the field
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving HVAC issues
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
