Skilled Repair Tradesman

Job responsibilities - Skilled to perform SOME OR ALL A PLUS:

● Installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems to include outlets, switches, circuit breakers and lighting fixtures

● Installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems

● Installation of finish carpentry to include cabinetry, trim work and molding

● Installation of structural components to include walls and roofs

● Installation of flooring to include tile, vinyl and carpet

● High school diploma or equivalent; completion of Trade School Program preferred - A MUST

● Trade certifications and/or GC License with minimum of 10-years experience preferred - A PLUS

● Valid driver’s license, work truck ownership; background check if hired - A MUST

● Precise craftsmanship with attention to detail is critical - A MUST

● Proficiency with a wide range of electrical, hand and power tools to include multimeter, wire strippers, conduit benders, press tool, drills, acetylene torch, routers, trowels, etc - A PLUS

● Knowledge of electrical circuitry to include AC and DC currents - A PLUS

● Ability to conduct and understand electrical tests and measurements to ensure proper functioning and safety of electrical systems - A PLUS

● Proficiency with pipes, fittings and fixtures to include cutting, bending and joining pipes - A PLUS

● Proficiency with wood and other materials to construct, install and repair structures

● Proficiency with flooring installation to include subfloor preparation, accurate cutting and fitting materials to ensure accurate layout and minimum waste

● Ability to accurately calculate measurements, angles and dimensions

● Proficiency with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

● Ability to work alone or with a team
