Swimming pool installation contractor (Supervisor)

Job Description:

Prepare production and other reports

Supervise workers and projects

Co-ordinate and schedule activities

Set up machines and equipment

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Read blueprints and drawings

Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

Leading/instructing individuals

Technical execution (fiberglass pool installs)

Lead excavation, base prep, pool set, leveling, and backfill sequencing.

Coordinate and assist with plumbing rough-ins and trade coordination as needed.

Track consumables and tool needs, report low inventory before it becomes an emergency.

Complete daily field reports (progress, blockers, tomorrow plan, requests, issues).

Document daily and milestone photos using CompanyCam, following our photo standard.

Collect, label, and submit site receipts and required log sheets to the office on time.

Collect, validate, and approve site time cards/time sheets on schedule.

Identify, document, and report change requests and issues to head office with photos

Requirements

Education: Completion of secondary education is required

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the industry are required.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Handling heavy loads, Ability to work independently

Salary: $40.00 hourly, 40 – 50 hours per week.

Important Information: Flexibility is required. The regular schedule is 8 hours per day, scheduled between 6:30 am and 5:00 pm, from Monday to Friday. Work on weekends and overtime may be required depending on the business needs.
