Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus four (4) years of experience in the installation and repair of plumbing fixtures and systems including gas, water, and steam systems.
Experience may substitute for Education up to four (4) years.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
State of Texas Master's Plumbing License.
Texas Class C Operator's License or ability to obtain one within 90 calendar days of hire.
Physical Requirements:
Moderate. Tasks involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying or using a force equal to lifting up to fifty (50) pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
Commercial and/or residential plumbing experience.
Preventative maintenance experience with plumbing systems.
Experience with computerized work order software.
