Location: Suite E 3515 17 Ave SW Calgary, AB T3E 0B7
JOB DETAILS
Workplace information: On site - Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Salary: $18.00 to 18.50 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Morning
Start date: Starts as soon as possible
Vacancies: 2 vacancies
Work setting: Food service establishment, Restaurant
Specific Tasks/Responsibilities:
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
• Establish work schedules
Ability Supervise: 3-4 people
Workers Supervised: Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers
Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Walking, Physically demanding, Attention to detail

Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
