Description
Position: Electrical Apprentice (Temp Position) Starting Mid November
Location: Olathe, KS
Pay: $25-$27/hour based on experience, plus overtime.
Schedule: TBD, 40-60 hours per week (overtime available)
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Electrical Apprentice to join our team for a 3-4 month contract position, with the potential for an extension. This project involves running conduit piping, pulling wires, and assisting with various other electrical duties at a brand-new warehouse in Olathe, KS. The ideal candidate will have some experience in electrical work, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a large-scale project.
Responsibilities:
Assist in running conduit piping and pulling wires
Support Journeyman Electricians with electrical installations and setups
Read and follow electrical blueprints and schematics
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site
Troubleshoot and assist with resolving electrical issues as they arise
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or senior electricians
Competitive pay of $25-$27 per hour based on experience
Overtime available for additional earning potential

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Electrical Apprentice or similar role is preferred
Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
Strong work ethic and commitment to reliable attendance
Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
Willingness to work 40-60 hours per week, including overtime
Electrical program certification or enrollment into electrical apprenticeship program is a major plus
