Description
Position: Licensed Journeyman Electrician (Temp Position) Starting Mid November
Location: Olathe, KS
Pay: $50-$60/hour based on experience
Schedule: TBD, 40-60 hours per week (overtime available)
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Journeyman Electrician for a contract position lasting 3-4 months, with the potential for an extension. This project involves setting control panels, running power to equipment, and performing other electrical tasks at a brand-new warehouse in Olathe, KS. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to perfect or near-perfect attendance, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Install and set control panels
Run power to equipment and perform related electrical tasks
Follow electrical blueprints and schematics accurately
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on-site
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise
Perform other electrical duties as needed throughout the project

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Must possess a current ICC KGH license
Certified Journeyman Electrician
Proven experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
Strong work ethic and commitment to reliable attendance
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented attitude and ability to work well with others
Willingness to work 40-60 hours per week, including overtime
