Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and self-starting Account Executive to join our team at Coast to Coast Cleaning Systems a leading commercial janitorial company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be responsible for managing and developing accounts, as well as acquiring new business opportunities in the commercial cleaning industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives across the assigned area.

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely manner

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients

Actively seek out and develop new business by establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision makers in various industries

Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities

Coordinate and execute maintenance programs and projects with attention to detail, ensuring that services meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to company standards.

Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

Experience in supervising staff, with a focus on training and development.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

A dynamic, bilingual English-Spanish speaker would be advantageous.

Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and industry trends is a plus
