Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC systems and possess strong mechanical skills to provide top-notch service. Our business handles commercial and residential systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems

Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems for malfunctions. Refrigeration is a bonus.

Perform regular preventive maintenance on various HVAC equipment

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and service manuals

Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure efficient system operations

Respond to service calls promptly and professionally

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role

Proficiency in equipment repair and maintenance

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components

Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues efficiently

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

Certification or degree in HVAC technology or related field is a plus

Excellent customer service skills

Must have valid drivers license and clean driving history
