Description

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician licensed in either or both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. We serve large corporate clients with on-demand needs for walk-in coolers and ice makers, among other services.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and components.

Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration system issues.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections.

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Utilize troubleshooting and HVAC skills.

Apply knowledge of electricity.

Provide excellent customer service and support.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.

Participate in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Valid refrigeration technician license in Rhode Island (RI) and Massachusetts (MA).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in refrigeration system installation, maintenance, and repair.

Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and best practices.

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
