**What You'll Do:**

- Program and maintain the latest client part file revisions.

- Work on Amada and Mazak equipment.

- Interpret engineering blueprints for precise flat pattern layouts.

- Collaborate with clients’ engineers to bring their visions to life.

- Reverse engineer parts for seamless manufacturing.

- Optimize cost-effectiveness through smart machine and tooling selections.

- Design tools and request procurement to enhance production.

- Prepare detailed work instructions and setup sheets.

- Utilize CAD/CAM software to improve run and programming times.

**What We’re Looking For:**

- Minimum of 3 years programming CNC Punch Press for sheet metal fabrication. CNC Laser programming experience is a plus!

- Proficiency in SolidWorks for sheet metal fabrication, CAMWorks, and preferably SigmaNEST.

- Ability to write, edit, and troubleshoot G Codes.

- Strong critical thinking skills and effective task prioritization in high-stress environments.
