A custom sheet metal fabrication shop is hiring a CNC Laser Set Up Operator in Newport News!

What you would be doing:

Produce complex large parts according to work instructions and blueprints

Perform machine setup and shut down, while checking accuracy of the work with calipers and other precision instruments

Edit G-code

To be qualified for the role, you would need fabrication experience. Pay is dependent on experience as a Laser Set Up Operator. Preferrably 3+ years as a CO2 or Fiber Laser Operator.
