Job Description:
Plan web design and development projects
Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning opportunities
Provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals
Act as spokesperson for an organization
Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
Answer written and oral inquiries
Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
Plan, develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs
Gather, research and prepare communications material
Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions
Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases
Develop portfolio of marketing materials
Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
Maintain and manage digital database
Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining cost estimates, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
Progress projects while ensuring delivery is on time and on budget
Manage stakeholders’ expectations through effective communication
Actively nurture client relationships and take ownership of their brand
Act as the main point of contact with clients by understanding their digital needs, communicating project progress, and addressing their concerns
Collaborate with development, design and QA teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle
QA the work completed by the production team and ensure the direction from the client has been followed
Identify risks, mitigation strategies and dependencies. Propose solutions to address identified risks and ensure escalations are raised appropriately.
Requirements
- Education: A university degree or college diploma in business marketing, business administration, public relations, or communications is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a project manager is required.
- Strong analytical and customer service skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Salary: $ 32.31 hourly, 42.5 hours per week

Important Information. The regular schedule will be from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday. All statutory holidays and weekends are off.
