Description
1st Shift - Assembler (Class 2)
A local aviation refueling equipment manufacturer is looking to add new assemblers to their team! This is an evaluation hire (potential direct placement for the right candidate), with room for advancement and growth opportunities.
PAY $23
SCHEDULE Monday- Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Install major fuel system components and product tank.
Install electrical and control components.
Fabricate minor brackets and supports.
Capable of reading engineering drawings
Fabricate brackets.
Operate oxygen-acetylene cutting equipment.
Read engineering drawings and Bills of Material
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Minimum 2 years of relatable experience.
Strong understanding and proficiency of all functional systems.
Capable of building a complete unit with little or no direction.
Proficient in reading Bills of Materials
Capable of installing Power Take-Offs (PTOs) and checking backlash.
Good verbal communications skills
Ability to accurately follow directions, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequently lift and/or moves objects up to 75 lbs, occasionally up 10 100 lbs
Frequently required to climb up to heights of 20 feet & crawl in small, confined spaces
Regularly climb 12' ladders, crawl on/under trucks & tanks
Regularly walk on concrete
