Job Description:

Analyze, design, and optimize IT infrastructures, systems, and software

Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery

Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches

Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle

Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems

Resolve conflict situations

Usability testing

Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

Design and implement AI-driven modules and features within existing IT infrastructures to enhance system automation and predictive analytics

Develop, test, and maintain custom scripts and code to automate internal data workflows and ensure seamless integration between AI tools and core software systems.

Evaluate and recommend artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to support product development.

Define requirements for Al-enabled product features and integrations

Analyze data using Al-assisted tools to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities

Develop guidelines for the responsible and secure use of Al tools within the software development life cycle

Requirements:

Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, business administration or a related discipline or completion of a college program in computer science.

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience as a computer programmer is required.

Computer and technology knowledge: Agile, Business intelligence, Cloud, iOS, Jira, Machine Learning, Salesforce, Workday, MAC, File management software, Security software, Presentation software, Communication software, Image editing software, Mac OS, Data analysis software, SQL, Atlassian Confluence, GitHub, MS SQL Server, Artificial intelligence, Generative Al tools, Large language models, Natural language processing, Data visualization software.
