The Reserves Network is more than a temporary staffing company.
We are a leading provider of flexible staffing services, including temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire placements to create Total Staffing Solutions.
TRN was founded in 1984 by Founder & Chairman Don Stallard. Don was an officer and pilot in the Air Force. His service inspired the name of the company and its red, white and blue colors.
Now in its second generation of leadership, Don’s three children serve in key senior management positions. Neil Stallard is TRN’s Chief Executive Officer; Nick Stallard is Chief Growth Officer; and Amanda Lowe is Vice President & Corporate Counsel.
We take care of our people — our customers, the communities we serve and, of course, each other. This is what makes us different. This is what makes us great.
Mission and Philosophy
We do more than simply put workers into positions—we know these are real people doing mission-critical work. Every day we commit to:
Quality: You’ll get our best effort every time. No shortcuts, no excuses, no exceptions.
Reliability: We do what we promise when we promised. This time, next time and every time in the future.
Integrity: Our team is committed to doing the right thing the first time, every time. We care about being honest, fair and ethical, even when no one is watching.
We’ve built our reputation by living these values every day and creating flexible solutions and genuine relationships that carry us into the future.

TRN has been recognized by the Employer Support of the Guard Reserve (ESGR) for company’s efforts in the hiring of veterans. In 2010, the company was named the recipient of the AMVETS, Department of Ohio Veterans Employer of the Year. The award is presented to employers “who exhibit above average efforts to hire veterans who have barriers to employment.”
In addition, each holiday season, TRN donates to a nonprofit organization committed to providing support to those who have served in the military making the freedoms we have possible. Recipients include the National Military Family Association and Wounded Warrior Project.
