Job Description:
Implement new administrative procedures.
Review and evaluate new administrative procedures.
Delegate work to office support staff.
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Carry out administrative activities of establishment.
Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
Perform data entry.
Train staff.
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Resolve conflict situations.
Coach.
Monitor and evaluate.
Oversee payroll administration.
Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Maintain office filing, document control, and records management.
Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments.
Support senior management with administrative tasks, scheduling, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Requirements:
-Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
-Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration is required. If the candidate does not have the minimum experience, then a university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is required.

MS Word, Project management software, Database software, Google Drive, LinkedIn, Internet.
-Special Requirements: Advanced knowledge of new yarn dyeing, knitting, linking, sweater auto-machine technology, design concepts, and European sweater yarn concepts is a strong asset.
- Commercial Banking knowledge such as Letter of Credit, international wire transfer and Customs Documentation is a strong asset.
-Supervise: 3–4 staff members
- Languages: English is required. Bengali and Hindi are strong assets.
Salary: $36 hourly, 30-40 Hours per week.

Important Information:
The candidate will work 6-8 hours per day from Monday to Friday, between 9am to 8pm. Work on weekends; on-call or overtime may be required when production issues arise or when attending online meetings across different time zones.
