Job duties:
Develop specific plans to prioritize
Organize tasks to accomplish the work
Train workers in duties and policies
Prepare and submit reports
Ensure smooth operation of equipment
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve the productivity
Co-ordinate, assign and review work
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Arrange for maintenance and repair work
Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Offer mentoring
Consult with students and provide ongoing support after enrollment to ensure their academic success and address any additional needs or concerns
Requirements:
-Education: Completion of secondary school is required. Completion of a college degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
-Experience: A minimum of 12 months of experience in the field is required.
- Familiarity with ERP or student information systems is an asset.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Tight deadlines; Attention to detail, Large caseload. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
-Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral and written communication, Initiative, Organized, Team player, Innovation, Flexibility, Judgement, Reliability, Ability to multitask.
-Ability to supervise: 2
-Computer and Technology knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Database software
-Language: English is required.
Wage: $38.00 per hour. 40 Hours per week.
