Job Description
Confer with clients to identify and document requirements.
Conduct business and technical studies.
Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions.
Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery.
Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems.
Resolve conflict situations.

Usability testing.
Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Develop, assess, and tailor test strategies, methodologies, and frameworks to ensure the quality of software solutions.
Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios to validate software functionality and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and analyze business and system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead test planning, estimation, and execution activities for assigned projects.
Conduct functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify and address software defects.
Utilize automation tools such as Tosca, Selenium and Java to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution processes in collaboration with development teams.
Facilitate communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing objectives, progress, and outcomes.
Planning, designing configuration management, release management documentation to roll out, and post-production support and handle Quality Assurance functions of web-based and client-server applications.
Identify and resolve technical issues with an assortment of diagnostic tools (Manual Testing, Fiddler for web vulnerability & reporting, Add-on for request and response monitor).
Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members on testing best practices and methodologies.
Train the team and transition to Agile framework.
Work as individual contributor as well as Team lead
Requirements:
-Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, business administration or a related discipline OR completion of a college program in computer science is required.
-Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
-Strong proficiency in SDLC, Test Life Cycle, Test Case Design, Test Case Execution, Defect Life Cycle, and Defect Tracking.
-Extensive experience with testing tools such as Eclipse, Jira, ALM, and Quality Center.
-Adept in different phases of testing like Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, GUI Testing, Regression Testing, Migration Testing, Server-side Testing, Database Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End to End Testing (ETE)
-Proficiency in automation tools such as Tosca Selenium and Java.
-Proficiency in web services testing like SOAP UI, POSTMAN
-Certified Professional Scrum Master level-1 (PSM-I) certification is preferred.
-In-depth knowledge on database technologies like Mongo, Oracle
-Experience working in Healthcare related to provider space, Pharmacy System, ePIMS, Audit Platforms for Claim processing, and Authorizations.
-Experience in working in Pega and Salesforce
-Experience in Database initializations and handling Mirth instances.
-Strong experience in enterprise applications like Oracle Identity Management, Oracle Access Management
-Experience with IAM services such as enterprise Directory Service (LDAP) and Active Directory, Apache Directory
-Experience in the generation of Service Now incidents
-Strong exposure in POS for Pharmacy system, ePIMS.
-Experience working on UNIX Administrative testing for IAM Services
-Familiarity attack vectors from OWASP Top 10 list including SQL injection, Cross Site scripting and XSS vulnerability etc.

Salary: $38 hourly, 40 hours per week.
Benefits: Employment Insurance, Canada Pension Plan and 20 day vacation is provided.
Schedule: Work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM. The position requires working 40 hours per week, scheduled based on the business needs.
