Job Description:

• • Prepare and submit reports
• • Resolve work related problems
• • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
• • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
• • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
• • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures

Requirements:

• - Education: Completion of a college program or courses in bookkeeping, accounting or a related subject is required
• - Experience: A minimum of one year of work experience in a clerical occupation supervised is required
• - Ability to proficiently use phone/fax/email technology and multitask
• - Personal Suitability: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Organized, Reliability.
• - Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, large workload, Attention to detail.
• - Computer applications knowledge: Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Office, MS Windows, Accounting software.
• - Ability to Supervise: 1-2
• - Language: English is required

Salary: $32.72, 40 Hours per week.

Important Information: This position requires working 8 hours per day. Work schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Overtime/Saturdays work may be required.
